Central Support System for the Internship of HEI Students [ATLAS]
The Atlas is a centralized online service, which links internship providers (PA) with all academic Institutions in the territory, creating a single database of internships available for selection at the Institutions.
Refers to :
✔Private, public, NGO, etc. bodies that can provide Internship positions (PA)
✔The bodies of the academic Institutions that have undertaken the coordination of the Internship (PA)
✔Students who have the right to do an Internship (PA) based on their school's curriculum.
At the same time, it offers global information on issues related to the labor market and students' first steps in it.
📌The objectives of the program are among others:
- Increasing the number of internships available to university students.
- Simplifying the communication of Internship hosts (PA) with the individual Institutions.
- Immediate information to the Institutions about the available positions and the possibility of their immediate commitment.
- Creation of a central database of available Internship (PA) positions.
- Direct control of the quality of training and the knowledge gained by the students through the submission of an evaluation by themselves and by the respective bodies of the Institutions.
- Reducing the bureaucracy that accompanies the execution of an internship
How to register in the Atlas program (https://atlas.grnet.gr/CompanyRegistration)
- You create an account as a Host
- Fill in the form with the necessary information [username, password, name, VAT number, field of activity, etc. ] Note: Mandatory fields are marked with *.
- Read and Accept the Terms of Participation to proceed to "Create Account"
- You will receive an EMAIL containing a link. Selecting this link will activate your account.
- After logging in you can authenticate your account by logging in with the credentials you have on taxisnet, your details will have been filled
- You define the internship position you are requesting. [Position subject - Universities you apply to - Hours - Position description]
