Workshop on "Family Business: Survival Guide"
On Wednesday, May 12, 2021 we held an online workshop. This workshop was held through the non-profit organization "Women Do Business", which promotes women's entrepreneurship and the removal of stereotypes through various actions, initially in the Region of Crete. Its aim is to reduce business inequality and promote gender equality and change the culture around women in business.
The aim of this workshop was to present useful tools and methodologies that can help family businesses find new ways and solutions to their daily problems.
In this workshop there was a discussion about:
✔ distribution of responsibilities and roles of family members within the company,
✔ day-to-day conflict management,
✔ preparation of a succession plan,
✔ risk management,
✔ management and planning of the cash flow of the family business,
✔ development of skills of the members of the Management.
