13 New Reinforcement Regimes New Development Law 2022

On February 4, 2022, the New Development Law was passed, which concerns 13 new aid schemes as described below:

✔ Agri-food - primary production and processing of agricultural products - fisheries
✔ Manufacturing - Supply chain
✔ Business extroversion
✔ Enhancing tourism investments
✔ Alternative forms of tourism
✔ Large investments
✔ European value chains
✔ Entrepreneurship 360

📌 The minimum amount of investment for the inclusion of investment projects in the aid of the New Development Law is determined based on the size of the company:

  1. For large companies, in the amount of 1,000,000 euros
  2. For medium-sized businesses, in the amount of 500,000 euros
  3. For small businesses, in the amount of 250,000 euros
  4. For very small businesses, in the amount of 100,000 euros
  5. For Social Cooperative Enterprises, Agricultural Cooperatives, Urban Cooperatives, Producer Groups and Agricultural Partnerships, in the amount of 50,000 euros.

🎯 The types of aid provided on a case-by-case basis take the following forms:

  1. Tax exemption
  2. Grant, only for very small and small businesses
  3. Leasing subsidy
  4. Subsidizing the cost of employment created, only independently
  5. Right to use the expedited licensing process
  6. Business risk financing through a participation fund
