13 New Reinforcement Regimes New Development Law 2022
On February 4, 2022, the New Development Law was passed, which concerns 13 new aid schemes as described below:

✔ Large investments
✔ European value chains
✔ Entrepreneurship 360
📌 The minimum amount of investment for the inclusion of investment projects in the aid of the New Development Law is determined based on the size of the company:
- For large companies, in the amount of 1,000,000 euros
- For medium-sized businesses, in the amount of 500,000 euros
- For small businesses, in the amount of 250,000 euros
- For very small businesses, in the amount of 100,000 euros
- For Social Cooperative Enterprises, Agricultural Cooperatives, Urban Cooperatives, Producer Groups and Agricultural Partnerships, in the amount of 50,000 euros.
🎯 The types of aid provided on a case-by-case basis take the following forms:
- Tax exemption
- Grant, only for very small and small businesses
- Leasing subsidy
- Subsidizing the cost of employment created, only independently
- Right to use the expedited licensing process
- Business risk financing through a participation fund
