Advanced Media Digital Transformation

The Advanced Digital Transformation of SMEs aims to upgrade SMEs through the use of advanced systems and technologies with which they can improve their position in international markets, strengthen operational flexibility, improve the production process and also upgrade their competitiveness. The Advanced Digital Transformation belongs to the "Competitiveness 2021-2027" Program co-financed by the European Union.

 

📌The basic conditions for participating in the program are:

 

✔To be active in the Greek territory and to invest exclusively in a single category of Region / Regional unit that has the same aid intensity.

✔To keep Aplographic or Diplographic books and have closed at least one (1) full administrative use

✔Be active in the eligible KAD of the investment plan for at least one (1) year.

✔Have at least nine (9) full-time or part-time salaried employees in the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application.

✔Ensure private participation of at least 25%. Private participation must not involve any element of government support.

✔ Work on the investment project has not started before the submission of the aid application. On the contrary case the entire investment project becomes ineligible for financing.

✔To collect at least a grade of 80 in the digital maturity questionnaire of this invitation.

✔To operate exclusively as businesses of a corporate/commercial nature.

✔To collect at least a total score of 50 in the scoring criteria which will concern the description of the submitted investment plan, the number of employees (EME) and the digital maturity of the business.

 

The minimum and maximum total supported budget (P/Y) of the funding application is set from €50,000 up to €650,000.

 

  📌Eligible Expenses

 

  • Equipment (indicative costs):
  1. Supply of sophisticated plant operating systems or personnel
  2. Automation of production with robotic systems, CNC machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners,
  3. Upgrade of internal data transfer networks
  4. Supply of advanced technological systems and mechanical equipment for the production of Industry 4.0 systems and equipment.
  5. Security systems and equipment (e.g. premises surveillance, cyber-protection, etc.),
  6. Automation systems, robotic systems
  7. Digital sensors and controllers
  8. Digitally controlled mechanical equipment
  9. Advanced digital production systems, etc
  • Applications/ software (indicative costs) :
  1. Supply of modern business resource & process management applications (e.g. ERP, WMS, EDI, BMPS, etc.), image processing, 3D models and CAD, IoT, Big data analysis
  2. Digital security
  3. Customer and supply chain management, artificial intelligence tools
  4. Optimization of production
  5. Upgrading the services provided, digital control of facilities, etc.

  • Services related to the digital upgrade (indicative costs):
  1. Technical support for the configuration and integration of the new systems in the operation of SMEs
  2. Certification of systems, etc.

 

🎯 Beneficiaries of the program are existing medium, small and very small businesses.

 

       Amplification intensity

  • Medium enterprises: 50%
  • Small and micro enterprises: 50%

 

The maximum duration of completion of physical and financial object will be defined in the Detailed Call for the Action, however it is not expected to exceed fifteen (15) months from the date of issuance of the Incorporation Decision.
