Business transformation and reorganization of processes

Nowadays, the gap between traditional business infrastructure (human resources, processes, use of technology, culture, etc.) and the modern business infrastructure of a company or organization that is necessary for integration and prosperity in this environment continues to widen and for this is what business transformation is all about by applying and adapting to best practices.

Business Transformation and Business Process Reengineering in a company or organization involves the radical redesign of key processes.

They start at the management level, essentially changing the philosophy and culture of the individual departments, so as to dramatically improve productivity, process stabilization, reduce operating costs and the quality of the services they provide.

The main reason that modern companies or organizations resort to these practices is mainly because they face important issues in the complex procedures they apply, as there are no clear, understandable and predetermined goals from all directly and indirectly involved (staff and management), there are no defined and recorded responsibilities throughout the structure of the company or organization and clear benchmarks, while technology and best practices are not utilized in order to automate and improve processes.

Our company, has gained enough experience in recent years by implementing and applying best practices regarding business redesign and business reorganization of processes, is able to be a close partner of each company or organization.

The following methodology starts with a review

Analyzing existing procedures to offer greater value to the final recipient.

After that, the redesign and the automation are carried out and finally, the supervision so that the company or the organization is able to implement the new operating model. More specifically, the following are proposed:

  • Compilation of Organization Chart with clear reference lines
  • Compilation of detailed job descriptions
  • Organizing a Corporate Governance framework according to the strategy of the company or organization for the right decision making
  • Forming an appropriate culture for identifying and managing business risks
  • Recording of key operations processes (financial management, procurement management, sales management, human resources management)
  • Writing process flowcharts
  • Preparation of a budget for the purpose of defining measurable target items that are necessary for the reporting and evaluation of results
  • Recording succession procedures in the cases of family companies according to clear rules of governance and ways of resolving conflicts between family members
  • Compilation of financial tools for monitoring / managing financial reports, cash planning (cash flow), margin analysis, aging analysis of other customers (aging analysis)
